MTO ( MADE TO ORDER ) REFUND POLICY :

EACH PRODUCT IS PRODUCED IN A LIMITED QUANTITY, THEREFORE ALL SALES ARE FINAL NO EXCHANGE AND RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

At Leenoda, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept a return or exchange within 14 days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, with the original tags and labels attached. Any item that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at Customer.Care@Leenoda.com. They will assist you in the process and provide you with instructions for returning your item(s).

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure that they meet our return policy criteria. If the item(s) are in good condition, we will process your refund or exchange within a reasonable time frame.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
